The DEVELON DL320-7M is a powerful mid size wheel loader engineered to deliver exceptional efficiency, breakout force, and stability across demanding New Zealand applications. With its refined engine performance, upgraded hydraulic systems, and advanced operator features, the DL320-7M is designed to maximise productivity in civil construction, quarrying, roading, forestry, materials handling, and general contracting.

Powered by the high-performance Develon DL08 six cylinder engine producing 172 kW at 2,000 rpm, the DL320-7M delivers strong torque, smooth power delivery, and excellent fuel efficiency. A load sensing hydraulic system adjusts flow based on working conditions to maintain consistent responsiveness while reducing fuel burn. The full auto powershift transmission offers smooth, precise gear changes and delivers excellent traction on steep, soft, or uneven ground.

The DL320-7M features upgraded digging power, an enlarged 3.3 m³ bucket capacity, improved weight distribution, and a longer wheelbase for increased tipping stability. Optional counterweights and a high lift configuration help operators tailor the machine for bulk loading, rehandling, stockpiling, or quarry operations. The standard limited slip differentials on both axles enhance traction in challenging underfoot conditions, improving performance on New Zealand’s varied terrain.

Operator comfort and cab ergonomics have been significantly enhanced. The spacious, modern cab offers increased visibility, improved control layout, a central gauge panel, USB charging, refined climate control, an adjustable suspension seat, and low in cab noise levels. Optional features such as a rear view monitor, LED lighting, and heated mirrors further support safety and usability. An advanced Load Isolation System (LIS) is also available to minimise arm shock during travel, increasing stability and reducing operator fatigue.

Durability is engineered into every major component. Reinforced frames, sintered brake discs, a protective propeller shaft, high capacity filtration systems, and a redesigned radiator grill enhance long term reliability. The upgraded cooling system, automatic reversible fan, and single layer cooling module support performance in dusty or high debris environments typical of quarry and forestry work in New Zealand.

Maintenance is streamlined with ground level access to filters, remote lubrication ports, optional Auto Greasing System, a fuel water separator, and easy access cooling components. Optional DEVELON Fleet Management provides real-time monitoring of operating hours, fuel use, maintenance alerts, and machine health to maximise uptime and support proactive servicing.
